ONLINE RETURN POLICY
I.O. Metro stock items purchased online may be returned for a credit or refund with valid proof of purchase. To arrange for the return or exchange of an online purchase please contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628 within 3 days of delivery. Please do not return items purchased online to our retail store locations.
I.O. Metro customer service is available M-F, 10am-7pm CST.
Custom & Special Orders: All custom/special orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
1492 Items: All 1492 orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sale Items: We cannot accept returns of final-sale items, which are identified by a price ending with .99.
Shipping: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable for items purchased online. I.O. Metro will not reimburse you for any unauthorized shipping expenses incurred; including overnight, express or other shipping used at your own discretion. All original shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable. Return and restocking fees may apply.
If we request that you return your purchase to us, return shipping expenses may be reimbursed at our discretion. Prior to making shipment arrangements, please contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628. Please do not ship C.O.D.
All return items must be properly packaged in the original shipping containers and materials.
Please insure your package; the customer accepts full monetary responsibility for the replacement or repair costs of any damage incurred to the item during the return ship.
Returns/Exchanges will be inspected and processed upon receipt.
Any exchange, credit, or refund issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your refund/exchange to process.
It is important that you inspect your new furniture carefully while the delivery team is still at your home.
If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, we require that you document any visible problems relating to your purchase immediately upon delivery by writing a detailed description of the issue and the box condition(s) on the Shippers Delivery receipt.
DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY, unless there is significant damage or additional charges may apply. Should you refuse a delivery that I.O. Metro determines unwarranted, you will be required to pay any additional re-delivery fees. Unwarranted refusals include but are not limited to items not fitting through a doorway, minor and repairable damage/defects like scratches, chips, dents, or missing pieces. We partner with professionally trained repair technicians for all minor service issues.
Any claim on damaged or defective merchandise must be submitted to customer service at 1-888-223-5628 within 3 days of the delivery.
Please retain all original packaging materials unless instructed otherwise by I.O. Metro. We will require photos of all damages prior to processing your claim, in addition, we will review your order details and written shipping agent report.
LOCAL STORE RETURN POLICY
PICK UP ORDERS
Regular-priced items, in original condition, may be returned up to 3 days after date of pick up to the store location from which purchase was originally made. No cash refunds will be distributed.
Delivery orders can be changed or cancelled within 3 days of original order date. After 3 days, changes or cancellations of 'stock' furniture items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and any return delivery costs. Fees for a completed delivery are non- refundable. Delivery items may not be returned to a store location. No cash refunds will be distributed.
