When can I contact customer service?
Customer service is available M-F, 10am-7pm CST

Can I order off-line?
Yes. If you live close to one of our stores, you may talk to one of our associates. To find a store near you, please visit our store locator. You can also order via phone by contacting customer service at 1-888-223-5628.

What forms of payment do you accept for online purchases?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. If you have a gift card, please contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628 to apply the payment to your order.

Will I.O. Metro send a confirmation email once an order is received?
Yes. You should receive a confirmation email within 2 business days. Please print and save this email for your records. You will need your order number contained in this email should you need to contact customer service regarding your order.

How do I find out the status of an order placed online?
To check the status of your order or review your order history, please sign in to your account or contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628.

How can I make a change or cancel my order?
To make changes or to cancel your order, please contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628 within 24 hours (or the next available business day) of placing your order. Due to shipping and processing, cancellations or order changes after 24 hours may not be possible and are subject to additional fees.

Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date?
Shopping carts will be saved for 30 days. After 30 days all shopping carts are deleted from our system.

How do I know if my items are available immediately?
Unless otherwise noted, your item(s) will be available for standard shipment. If your item is on backorder, you will be notified by customer service within 24 hours (or the next business day) of placing your order.

If I noticed an item in your store but can't find it online, how can I purchase it?
Many of our items are one-of-a-kind or come from small shipments. If you are unable to find a desired item online that you noticed while visiting one of our retail stores, please contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628. Our customer service representatives will do their best to locate your desired item and have it shipped to you.

I noticed other Metro Custom product offerings in your store that I do not see online. Why is this?
We only offer select products from our Metro Custom Collection online. If you would like assistance in ordering a piece you have seen in our stores, please contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628.

What if I have questions about your products?
If you need additional information about a product, please contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628. Our customer service representatives will do their best to provide you any additional information you need.

Do you have a gift registry?
No. Currently we do not offer a gift registry.

Can I redeem gift cards or store credits online?
No. Currently we cannot process gift cards or store credits during the online checkout process. To apply a gift card or store credit to an online purchase, please contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628. If your store merchandise credit was issued on a paper gift certificate, it must be redeemed at our I.O. Metro retail stores.

Are the prices the same on your website as in your stores?
Yes, our prices online and in our retail stores are the same.

What shipping options are available?

What's your policy on multiple shipments?
Our policy is to hold all items until they can be shipped in a single shipment. If you prefer to break up shipments, please contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628.

Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, please provide a residential or business address during your order entry.

Does I.O. Metro ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. territories?
At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 states. Please contact customer service at 1-888-223-5628 for any additional shipping questions.

Does I.O. Metro ship internationally?
No. Currently we do not offer international shipping.

If I place an order online, when is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the transaction is entered.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?

What is the credit card verification number?
The credit card verification number (CVV1, CCID) is often asked for by merchants for them to secure card not present transactions occurring over the Internet, by mail, fax or over the phone. This number is usually 3-4 digits in length and can be found on the back or front of your credit card pending the card issuer.

How do I remove my email address from your mailing list?
