Donkeys a product of local artist, Christine Howard, from Jacksonville, FL. Christine is a self-taught artist who works in mixed-media paintings and photography. She has been creating art in various forms since childhood.

“I believe creativity is innate. As a young child my family nurtured my ideas, personal talents and creativeness through art lessons. As a teen I took photography and pottery classes. While getting my masters degree, I studied the remarkable effectiveness and healing properties of art therapy. Then, while working as a counselor with children, I incorporated a lot of art therapy techniques and creative exercises. These children inspired me to begin painting regularly.”

Christine’s photography and art is strongly influenced by her experiences, travels and interests. She is drawn to the natural beauty of ordinary scenes.
